The mission of Virginia Reform
is two-fold. 1). Promoting
a more informed public debate on a wide
range of policy issues, and 2). Putting
into action the principles of free enterprise
– the source of America’s dynamism,
prosperity and success. That’s why Virginia
Reform analyzes, develops, supports
and champions free-market based approaches
in legislation introduced each year
in the Virginia General Assembly.
Speaker Howell is deeply committed
to Virginia Reform’s success, which
is why he serves as the chairman of
the board of this education, research
and advocacy organization. Matthew J.
Bruning is the Policy Director.
