Speaker Howell is in Richmond every weekday when the House is in session (mid-January to mid-March in even-numbered years and mid-January to late-February in odd-numbered years; visit the General Assembly website to check on the session schedule). When the House is not in session, he spends most of the week at his office in Falmouth, but usually works from his Richmond office on Wednesdays.
